José Antonio Giraldo, supervised by a Ministry of Public Works technician, restored the stained-glass windows of the Teatro Pérez Galdós by using non-aggressive cleansing methods, French neutral soap and brushes with special fibres. According to Giraldo, Néstor himself painted the stained-glass windows by means of superposing three types of glass and not two, as was the traditional method.
