After the refurbishments, the city now boasts a diaphanous area, 9,000 square metres in size, completely adorned in quarry stone in a modern and functional design. It is equipped with low energy and intensity lighting thus allowing the architecture of the building to stand out and likewise with the play of lights that occurs on the exterior façades of the stage house.
